Appointments
Fernweh Salon accepts on-line appointments on this website or through our APP, Fernweh Salon, which can be downloaded to your mobile device from either the Apple or Android App stores. You can also call the salon at 919-446-6032. First time clients must call the salon to book their first appointment. We require a credit card on file to secure the appointment.
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may require your appointment to be rescheduled or the service modified. Please call us at 919-446-6032, if you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether to attend your appointment.
For your convenience, we provide a confirmation email 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment and a text message (SMS) 2 days prior. Please let us know of any changes in your contact information.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Every client is important to us, and we understand that things come up which may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves as well as respect your stylist for the time they have held for your appointment.
As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for your booked service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. If booked online these fees will be charged using the credit card on file. In any other case these fees will be expected to be paid prior to any future appointment.
Refund Policy
Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event you are dissatisfied with your products or service(s), our refund policies are as follow:
1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in their original packaging. If a product is opened or used, it is possible that a restocking fee of 10% will be charged. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary
